We've had a very mild winter and now Spring is nearly here. Already the spring bulbs are showing and trees are leafing out. Some people have allergies to pollen. If you don't want to use medication, there is something you can do at home to relieve allergy symptoms and help build your immune system.

Mix a teaspoon of raw honey with 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Eat it daily right off the spoon or put it on toast.

Colds and flu is also making the rounds.

Be sure to wash your hands frequently and try not to touch your eyes and mouth. Wipe your desk at work, your phone, keyboard and mouse often with wipes or a slightly damp cloth to keep germs from spreading. Cover your coughs and sneezes!
